Billie Ray (Fugel) Pasquinelli, 82, of Santa Clara passed away peacefully on May 18th, 2025. Billie was born and raised in Santa Clara, a town she loved and never had any desire to leave. Billie was a “working mom” from the age of 24 onward to her retirement in 2005 . The last 15 years of her work life was spent at City of Mountain View. Billie made many friends at work; several of whom became like family. Billie was a very hard worker, but she enjoyed her retirement immensely because she got to spend time with her “honey” (aka her husband Ron) and the rest of her family. Especially enjoying taking care of her two beloved grand-daughters. She enjoyed traveling with her honey and was always ready for trips to their favorite places like Pismo Beach, Las Vegas (“I AM a lucky person!”) or Hawaii. Billie is survived by her son Ronald (Patsy), daughters Danielle (Andy) and Monique and grand-daughters Keira & Kaitlin, as well as many nieces & nephews. Billie will be dearly missed and always remembered by her family and friends as a kind, loving and patient mother and grandmother who loved her family wholeheartedly. She always had a smile and twinkle in her eyes and kept us laughing till the end.
A private inurnment will be held in the near future. If you would like to honor Billie in some way, please consider making a donation to St. Judes Children’s Hospital or one of your own favorite charities. She would like that.
