It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Cesar Perez, who passed away peacefully on September 14, 2026, at the age of 57.
Cesar was the type of person who would help anyone if he could, never expecting anything in return. He never held grudges and always found a way to be happy for others when good things happened in their lives.
A proud Raiders fan, Cesar loved cheering on his team and sharing that passion with family and friends. He enjoyed the simple things in life—being surrounded by family, enjoying home-cooked meals, spending time with friends, laughing, and creating memories with the people who mattered most.
A Legacy of Life and Love
One of the greatest gifts Cesar left behind came through organ donation. Through his final act of generosity, Cesar was able to save three lives, giving three people and their families the precious gift of more time together.
In the midst of our deepest heartbreak, knowing that Cesar gave others the gift of life brings us comfort. Three families received a miracle because of him.To us, Cesar is a hero.
We will forever cherish the memories he gave us, the laughter we shared , the family gatherings, the meals, the conversations, and all the moments that made him who he was.
Until we meet again, Cesar.

A Rosary Service will take place at Lima Family Santa Clara Mortuary, 466 North Winchester Blvd, Santa Clara, CA 95050, US, on October 12, 2026, at 7:00 pm.
A Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, 2020 E San Antonio St, San Jose, CA 95116, US, on October 13, 2026, at 11:00 am.
