Don was a dedicated, caring, and generous volunteer who served on our board for 15 years and was acting Treasurer for 6 years. Don continued to support independent living for seniors for 10 more years after retiring from the Board because of health challenges. We all loved his great sense of humor, thoughtfulness and talent. He was a master woodworker who made red hearts for our signaling program, "Have a Heart." Heart of the Valley is a much better agency because of him.  He was also a dear friend and is greatly missed by all of us who knew and worked with him. Glenda Cresap, Executive Director, Heart of the Valley, SERVICES FOR SENIORS, Inc.
