Edna was such a joy to work with. Her infectious smile and laugh will be missed by all that crossed her path.

It was a beautiful service today as well. She would have been proud.

Ree, there are so many lives you touched in a positive way. I’m so thankful I met you and Laura through Dawn (I knew I needed your seal of approval!). I’ve so enjoyed seeing and spending time with you both over the past 28 years. I still see the twinkle in your eyes and your contagious smile and hear your infectious laugh. I have so much love in my heart for you and now my heart aches. I love you too, Laura. You both are very special to me. Ree was such a bright star and she continues to shine bright.

Laura, words cannot express how sorry I am for your loss. I know it’s overwhelming and the enormity of losing Ree, especially so suddenly, will stay with you. I know you feel under water and like all color has drained out of your life. Very gradually, with time, you’ll start to see again, hear again, and realize Ree has never left you. She is everywhere now and loves you dearly and only wants your pain to ease.

She’s in the things you notice, the way you hear things, the memories that keep popping into your head, the bird singing to you, the song that plays for you…She is right there with you, her arms around you, wanting your pain to ease and telling you everything will be ok.

A bright new star is watching over us all, but especially over you.

Love, Dana
