Elizabeth passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends. Beth has joined her husband of 62 years, Jimmie, who passed in 2009 at the age of 94. Beth was born in Heber City, Utah, to Elvira and Walter Rasband. Shortly after graduation from Wasatch High School in 1938 Beth moved to Ca. where she started a 40 year career at AT&T. She met her husband Jimmie in Oakland,Ca., upon his return from WWII. They spent their early married life in Hayward, where son Jeff was born, and eventually settled in Fremont. Beth enjoyed watching sports, especially the Oakland A’s, S.F. 49ers and the Utah Jazz. She will be remembered for her kindness, thoughtfulness and caring. Beth is survived by her son Jeff (Lisa) and grandson Jimmy; sisters Fae Van Wagoner (deceased), Phyllis Parcell, Darlene Bigler, Mary Vee Wright; brothers Joseph Rasband (deceased) and Jay Rasband.
