Esperanza P. Estrada

She was married to Marcos B. Estrada for 33 years. Esperanza is predeceased by daughter Alma R. Estrada. She is survived by five children, Leticia Segovia, Jose L. Estrada, David Estrada, Claudina Estrada and Deanna Garza. She is predeceased by one grandson and survived by 14 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

Esperanza worked at Mariani Packing Co. in Cupertino, CA for approximately 20 years before retiring. She worked cutting apricots during the summer and sorting various dry fruits produced at the packing company. After retirement she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A visitation for Esperanza will be held Wednesday, August 9, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Lima Family Santa Clara Mortuary, 466 North Winchester Blvd, Santa Clara, CA 95050. A rosary service will occur Wednesday, August 9, 2023 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, 466 North Winchester Blvd, Santa Clara, CA 95050. A committal service will occur Thursday, August 10, 2023 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at Santa Clara Mission Cemetery, 490 Lincoln St, Santa Clara, CA 95050. A funeral service will occur Thursday, August 10, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at St. Leo the Great Church, 88 Race St, San Jose, CA 95126.
