Frances Sherry Payton

Born January 4, 1935 in Darling, Mississippi, she was the daughter of John and Ruby Willoughby and was an only child

She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Donald Payton, two daughters, DeAnna Cassidy, her husband Mike Cassidy and Lynne Payton. Sherry has six grandchildren (Lisa, Suzanne, Kevin, Bryan, Matthew and Kyle) and six great children (Darian, Dakota, Hayden, Paxton, Mason, Skylar and Matthew)

A visitation for Sherry will be held Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Lima Family Santa Clara Mortuary, 466 North Winchester Blvd, Santa Clara, CA 95050. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at 11:00 AM, 466 North Winchester Blvd, Santa Clara, CA 95050. A committal service will occur Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at 12:00 PM at Mission City Memorial Park, 420 N Winchester Blvd, Santa Clara, CA 95050. Reception to follow in the Maridon Room of Lima Family Santa Clara.

She has enjoyed the majority of her adult life in Santa Clara, CA and loved her home and family. She loved to travel and she could outshop everyone.
