In Loving Memory

Frank D. Lovaglia, born April 5, 1944, of San Jose (Willow Glen), passed away on the night of February 11, 2026, at 81 years of age.

The beloved child of Frank and Angie Lovaglia, Frank is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Jayne Lovaglia. He is also survived by his four wonderful children, Michael, Robbie, Ricky, Michelle, his grandchildren; and his great-grandchildren.

A longtime lover of the San Francisco 49ers and San Francisco Giants (like his parents), Frank also enjoyed card games, duck shooting, classic cars, and so much more. He was a foundational pillar of Bay 101 Casino’s leadership in San Jose for many, many, many years.

There are so many different things that could be told about the extraordinary man that Frank was—too many to fit in a single summary. Yet, one undeniable fact is that so many people have been personally touched by his life.

To know him, love him, or be loved by him was nothing short of a direct gift from Heaven. He was the full embodiment of selflessness, honesty, generosity, kindness, loyalty, power, and resilience. It is hard to believe that a single person could carry all of those traits and more—but Frank did.

The world feels emptier without him here, but he has left a legacy in the hearts of the ones he leaves behind. There will not be a day in this life that he will not be missed—deeply missed.

May God keep us, and may his soul rest peacefully in the arms of our Lord and Savior.
