Mr. and Mrs. Rose were truly good people, and were living examples of the Catholic faith. That is the one lasting memory I have of them. I went to school with their children at a small private school in Saratoga for six years until my grandma fell seriously ill and could no longer make the long drives to and from
school. Growing up I only knew he worked at IBM. Reading his story, he was truly an exemplary man. Prayers and peace from Lorene and Katherine Thornberry

With our deepest condolences to the Rose Family; Frank was a joy to have at Santa Clara University, always very amiable and enjoyed teaching and working with the students here in the Engineering Management and Leadership department. , which is in the School of Engineering. He was such a character and had a quick wit and humor!, He will be dearly missed by everyone at the University.
