Janet and I dated in High School and remained very good friends all these
years. I'm so thankful we shared a very special week in April 2012.

Janet and I had been best friends since high school. Nobody has ever known us better than we knew each other. Words simply can't describe my feelings of loss at this time.  She was my dearest friend, and my life will never be the same without her. She was smart and wise and caring and always a very classy, beautiful woman. Probably what I most admired about her was her quiet dignity, her inner strength and her love of family.  My heart goes out to Tom and Don and the rest of Janet's family, as they deal with their loss. Goodbye, my forever friend .... until we meet again ......

Janet was far and away the best Office Manager anyone could ask for.  She was terrific to work with, extremely supportive.  She seemed to anticipate all my moves.  Her advise through the years was priceless.  We will all miss her -

Janet was such an extraordinary woman - truly one of a kind.  She was a special friend who I have leaned on through tears in tough times but more importantly laughed until tears in the best.  We had so much fun together.  She was a role model - always giving the best advice on how to be a better friend, wife and mother being sure to always preface it with, "I know you didn't ask for my advice but I am giving it anyway".  Not because she wanted to meddle but because she had wisdom she couldn't help but share if she felt like it would help me along in life.  She exemplified what it means to be a strong and confident woman while still being overflowing with care for others.  She introduced me to some of the best life has to offer - Peet's, passionate political debates, the beauty of afternoon coffee, delicious chocolates, shopping at Nordis and the saying I never forget, "Life is what happens when you are making other plans".  At my baby shower she gave me a stuffed bunny which has become my daughter's best friend - they have been inseparable since almost birth and I love that in that way she has played a special role in her life too.  I am so grateful for all of the wonderful memories we made with our special group at Stonefield in Walnut Creek and the friendship that continued beyond.  To Janet's family, I am so very sorry for your loss.  I hope you find some comfort in knowing how many lives she has touched.

Tom and Don have been lifelong friends..they are the men that they are today because of Janet's kindness and love. I would be honored to make a donation to the Santa Clara Humane Society in her name. My deepest sympathy to all of her family.

I met Janet years ago while working for Stonefield Josephson.  She played a vital part in running the Walnut Creek office as the office manager and was an enormous asset to the administrative team.  I'm praying that her family and friends find comfort in knowing that she was loved and respected by all of us who had the opportunity to work with her.

To all our family and friends, we very much appreciate your support.  Our mom was a great mom, she taught us the meaning of family and friendship, and she taught us to value the time we have with each other.

Mom was lover of life and she valued all it had to offer.  And she was always a great lover of animals, large and small.  She was never one who wanted those closest to her to grieve for her, she wanted to do what she always did which was to love and care for those closest to her. Janet was a wonderful friend.  I will miss her terribly.  She loved her family more than anything and was so proud of both Tom and Don.  We had long phone conversations and she always talked about what the grandchildren were doing.  She loved you all very much.  I will certainly miss her friendship.
