Dearest Pete,
What an amazing and inspiring woman to have raised such a loving and devoted family. We pray you are consoled by knowing that you gave the greatest gifts any son could give his mother: your love, your care, your time, yourself.

I have always know that this time would be impossible to bear. Mom, your unconditional love, heartwarming sense of humor and great intellect are ingrained as the best parts of me.
