Mom passed peacefully in her home with her kids at her side. Her heart could not take another day without our dad. Jeanne leaves behind her three children, Mick, Robin & Jeff. Grandchildren: Chris, Alison, Kevin, Mandy, Matt, Michael and John. Great-grandchild, Sadie who brightens the world for us all. Mom will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She gave the meaning to family and loved us all. A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, April 23, 2016 at 12PM at Queen of Apostles Church, 4911 Moorpark Ave, San Jose.
