Jack, as he was known to his family and friends, was born on September 21, 1932 in San Francisco, California. He was a resident of San Jose for the past 57 years. His parents, John C. Sr and Aileen Hughes, as well as his wife Rosemary ( Mitzi) and sister (Judy) preceded him in death. He is survived by his sister, Jane Sims and his brother Peter Hughes. He is also survived by his five children ( Michael, Laurie, Carol, Steven and Daniel), his three grandchildren ( Brianna, Joshua and Gabrielle) and two great grandsons ( Corwin and Liam).
He thanked God every day for his wonderful Life.
We appreciate Jack achieving 90 wonderful years of life and may God bless him.
He will be laid to rest alongside his wife at Santa Clara Mission Cemetery.
