Proceeded in death by his beloved wife Ann Uzzardo-Cefalu,his parents Salvatore and Mamie Cefalu brothers John, Dominick and Peter Cefalu. Survived by sister-in-laws Marilyn Uzzardo and Joan Cefalu . Beloved uncle to numerous nieces and nephews. Joe served in World War II Pacific Theatre as a corporal in the Philippine liberation.
He was awarded with the Bronze Star, Asiatic Pacific Campaign Medal, Philippine Liberation Independence ribbon, Good Conduct medal and World War II Victory medal.
Joe was a farmer and worked for Kilroy Pest Control until his retirement.
Funeral, Thursday 12/27/12 at 10 AM (visitation 8 AM) at Lima Family Santa Clara, 466 N. Winchester Blvd. Burial to follow at Santa Clara Mission Cem.
