Josephine Marie Brager

March 19, 1918April 26, 2014

Josephine Marie Brager departed this life for Heaven on April 26, 2014. She was 96 years old. She was married to Frank Joseph Brager for 24 years. He preceded her in death in 1962.

Josephine grew up on a ranch in Fresno, California. She graduated from Fowler High School. She married Frank in 1938. Josephine worked for Santa Clara County ending her career in 1980 at the Alum Rock Branch of the County library.

She is survived by her two daughters Janice (Bob) Graves and Barbara (Joseph) Citti, three grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and two great-great-great grandchildren.

Josephine and her husband loved to ballroom dance. Josephine continued to ballroom dance well into her late 80's. She also loved to garden, travel, attend luncheons, play bingo and Rummy Cube.

Family and Friends are invited to attend a celebration of her life at Lima Family Santa Clara, 466 North Winchester Blvd., Santa Clara, Ca 95050, on Wednesday April 30, 2014 at 11:00AM.
