Juan José González Cervantes passed away peacefully on June 5, 2014 at the age of 77. He was born on July 3, 1936 in Guadalajara, Jalisco, México. Juan worked for the American Consulate in Guadalajara, México for 19 years until moving to California, where he continued a profession as a sales representative for a couple of Mexican products industries, such as Marquez Bros. Imports and Queso El Mexicano. He was able to get the legal residence for his whole family in the United States due to his years of service for the American Consulate in Guadalajara, México. Juan’s passion was riding his Harley Davidson. He is survived by his loving wife, María Guadalupe González; devoted children; Juan Carlos, Gloria Laura, Ana Gabriela, Juan José, Maria Guadalupe, spouses and grandchildren. Family and friends are invited to a Memorial Service on Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. at Lima Family Santa Clara Mortuary, 466 N. Winchester Blvd., Santa Clara, California, 95050. Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, June 12, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Clare Parish, 941 Lexington St., Santa Clara, California, 95050.
