Julia married Edward Ramos Sr. on December 21, 1952 and together they had three children: the late Edward Ramos Jr., Rosalie Boyce (Bob), and Carl Ramos. Julia was the loving grandmother to John Dass Jr. (Janette), Rhonda Ortez (Edwin), Renee Cuevas, and Rachel Kenyatta (Bron); and great-grandmother to Anne, Pricellia, Klarissa, Edwin II, Yessenia (Jonathan), Daniel, Kamilah, and Natalia.
Julia was always giving to everyone who needed help. She donated to many, many churches, children's funds, and other charities. She was always giving.
Due to the COVID-19 virus restrictions, there will be a private family burial at Santa Clara Mission Cemetery, with a celebration of life service at a later date.
