On February 1, 2016, Katherine L. Tapp passed away. She was born on May 11, 1927, the sixth child of Anna M. Ahlrichs and Martin A. Delaney of Le Mars, Iowa. She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Tapp, three brothers and three sisters, Elsworth, Gerald, William, Alwayne Klemme, Phyllis Kamphoff, Marilyn Long. Surviving her are four sisters, Charlene Boyle, Lavonne Brouillette, Esther Auck, and Thelma Coats. She is survived by her two daughters, Bonnie Rogers of San Jose, CA and Cheryl Lewis, of Illinois. Her family includes five grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, three great-great grandsons, several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Monday, February 15, 2016 at 10AM with Funeral Service beginning at 11AM at Lima Family Santa Clara Mortuary, 466 N. Winchester Blvd., Santa Clara.
