Ken Lindenmuth

Kenneth “Ken” or “Kenny” Alan Lindenmuth, age 71 of Santa Clara, CA passed away Sunday June 29th 2025 at Kaiser hospital. He was born September 15th, 1953 in the small town of St. Marys, PA to the late Florabelle Feldbauer and Jerome Lindenmuth.

Ken cherished the time he spent with his family. He was a devoted husband to his wife Maria, with whom he shared 50 wonderful years of marriage. They had a true partnership that stood the test of time. He was also a proud and loving father to his daughter, Kathy, with whom he passed down his dry humor as well as his impatience (but more-so his humor).

He had a special bond with his mother Florie and stepfather Paul, and they spent many holidays and weekends together. After his mother’s passing, he had a continued strong connection with his stepmother Annette and Paul. Despite the miles between them, Ken remained close with his father Jerome, stepmother Patty, brothers Jerry, Steve, and Dave, and sister Shelley in Baldwin Park, CA. When Steve and Dave moved to Northern California, he cherished the additional time he got to spend with them.

Ken had a soft spot for the dogs he owned over his 71 years - they were constant sources of loyalty and joy. Music was another lifelong companion of Ken’s. Whether it was blasting Pink Floyd on his stereo on the weekends or strumming his ukulele to familiar tunes from The Beach Boys, he always had music playing.

An avid ice hockey fan, Ken was a season ticket holder for the San Jose Sharks for many years, starting their 2nd year of existence (when they were especially terrible). Being a PA native, he also cheered for the Pittsburgh Penguins but was a Sharks fan through-and-through.

We are grateful for the time we had with him and will miss him more than words can express.

Ken is survived by his wife Maria, and daughter Kathy; his brothers Jerry, Steve, and Dave; sister Shelley; his stepfather Paul; and many beloved sisters and brothers-in-law as well as nieces and nephews.

A service will take place at Lima Mortuary Sunday July 27th 2025, 1pm.
