Louis David Correia passed away peacefully in his home at the age of 91. A long time resident of San Jose, Louis was pre-deceased by Esther, his loving wife of 61 years and is survived by his precious sister, Marie Cox. He was a loving father to son Donald Correia (Sandy) and Susan Correia (Dini) and devoted grandfather to Greg Dini (Jeanette), Jon Dini (Michelle), Jeffrey Correia and Michael Correia (Liz). Louis was a proud great-grandfather to Thomas, Andrey, Juliana, Clara, Kyla and Jimmy. Louis was a patriotic Navy Veteran and a dedicated member of S.I.R.S., Teamsters, the American Legion and the Willow Glen Senior Center. He was widely loved and respected and will be deeply missed by his many friends and family. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, November 16, 2017 at 1:00PM at Lima Family Santa Clara Mortuary, 466 N. Winchester Blvd., Santa Clara. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Louis to Compassion International.
