Lupe V. Lopez

She was born November 18, 1915. She was an only child, born Aguascalientes, Mexico. Lupe arrived in the U.S. at the age of 4 years old. She raised 6 children, Eva Ann Searls, Abraham Jess Belardes, Gloria Diane Gaeta, Silvia Lupe Perez, Susan Lupe Whatley, Hector Rene Lopez.

Lupe worked at Levi Strauss for 10 years. She worked as a manager at Dictaphone for many years. Lupe loved to sew, knit and garden. Lupe made a lot of her own clothes. Lupe also enjoyed being active at St. Justin’s her local parish. Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 3, 2017 from 5-9PM with Rosary at 7PM at Lima Family Santa Clara Mortuary, 466 N. Winchester Blvd., Santa Clara. Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, August 4, 2017 at 1PM at St. Justin Parish, 2655 Homestead Rd., Santa Clara. Interment to follow at Santa Clara Mission Cemetery.
