Entered into rest Thursday April 18th, 2024 in Santa Rosa, California. Michael was 62 years old. Born in San Jose, California on October 6, 1961, he had been a long time resident of San Jose and Milpitas until recently moving to Santa Rosa to live with his children. He attended Piedmont Hills High School and Evergreen College. He worked in Electronics for over 30 years and was a beloved and caring husband and father of three. He enjoyed going to church each week, playing with his dog Bingo, attending rock concerts, trivia, and collecting baseball cards. Michael was happiest when he was around friends and family.
He is survived by his daughter Jessica Yeates and his son Steven Yeates and is predeceased by his wife Sandra Mae Silva and his son Christopher Michael Silva. Michael will also be extremely missed by many cousins and distant relatives, friends, his dog Bingo of 8 years, and anyone who ever met him.
Services to be held at Lima Family Santa Clara Mortuary on May, 7th 2024. The viewing will be at 10am followed by the funeral at 11am.
