She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Gary Fernandes. Devoted mother to two daughters, Briana Borrenpohl and Elyse Fernandes, and mother-in-law of James Borrenpohl. Loving sister of Alice Kuechler. Cherished grandmother to two grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her brother Robert Skupen. Visitation will be held on Monday, July 9, 2018 from 5 to 8 p.m. with Rosary at 6 p.m. at Lima Family Santa Clara Mortuary, 466 N. Winchester Blvd., Santa Clara. Funeral Mass on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Clare Church, 941 Lexington St., Santa Clara.
