I am blessed to have been by grandpa in his final days and for him to witness our engagement. I pray that God bless his soul as he lay to rest in eternal life.

Although we loved you dearly, we could not make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, hardworking hands at rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us, He only takes the best.

I am Kathy, one of the daughters-in-law. My husband, Quan, had shared lots of beautiful memories of my father-in-law's life.  Recently, I learned more about his terrific life through my sisters-in-law. He had overcome obstacles to protect and provide the best love, education, houses, meals, clothes, etc. for all his children. He was never complain about his pain and always said that he loves all his children equally.  
To me, he is the man that loved God, wife and family. It is sad to loose him but God knows what is best. I wish you farewell as you join mother-in-law in Heaven.

Grandpa was a man with  whom I was never able to converse with words but whose heart spoke to me through every word of my loving mother. His wisdom worked its way into my life through the advice from each of his amazing children. But most importantly his love for God reached me through the prayers that he poured out for his children and children's children to bathe us all in the love and care of our Lord with whom Grandpa now resides. 

He was a man of few words to me, but he spoke in ways that helped form the man I am today. Thank you grandpa for loving me then and even now.
