Steven L Waldorf

Steven Waldorf, beloved brother and friend to many, passed away in his sleep January 2, 2023. He was aged 70. He is survived by his three brother, William Waldorf of Aptos, John Waldorf of Santa Cruz, Jerry Waldorf of Chico, and his sister Barbara Doetsch of Campbell. Steve was a lifelong resident of Santa Clara and parishioner Saint Clare’s Church. He graduated from Santa Clara High School. Steve worked for many years at Hewlett Packard followed by 25 years at Safeway. Both employers recognized Steve for his dedication and hard work.

Steven was a humble and cheerful man who became a friend to all he met. He was a regular diner at local Santa Clara restaurants where he often joked with the staff. They all knew and liked him. He put a smile on people’s faces. Steve was very close to his parents, the late Norman and Rita Waldorf, and his sister Patricia Waldorf. Steve has now joined them in heaven. Up there he play his stereo as loud as he wants. Bon Voyage Steve – you are missed by all.
