Born on March 3, 1958, Terri was the beloved daughter of the late Phillip Priolo and Rose Collie. Born and raised in San Jose, she was a woman of profound faith, unwavering determination, and remarkable strength. Known for her ever-present smile and infectious laugh, Terri left a lasting impression on everyone she met.
At the age of 20, Terri faced a devastating diagnosis of viral encephalitis that left her in a coma for three months. Her survival and the life she went on to live stand as a testament to her fierce resilience and the strength of her spirit. Through every hurdle she faced, her devotion to God never wavered. Her faith carried her through life's most difficult challenges.
Terri's greatest joy was her family. She is survived by her loving daughter, Melissa Acosta, and her two cherished grandchildren. She also leaves behind her devoted brother, Richard Priola, and her beloved sister, Anna Lynn White.
Terri was preceded in death by her parents. She now enters into eternal rest, reunited with those she loved who went before her.
Terri will be remembered for her enduring faith, her remarkable perseverance, and the love she shared with her family and friends. Her legacy of strength and devotion will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
Information regarding a memorial service celebrating Terri's life and extraordinary strength will be shared by the family at a later date.
