Thomas was born in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was raised in Sunnyvale, CA from age 9, and graduated from Sunnyvale High School in 1959. He worked for Hewlett Packard for 20 years, and attended night school at San Jose State University to achieve a Bachelor's of Science in Industrial Engineering. Tom was a firm believer in daily exercise and ran three marathons. He loved to ski at Squaw Valley, scuba dive in Monterey Bay, ride his horses through the Cupertino Hills, watch the 49ers, and walk his dog. Most of all he was a wonderful father, husband, and friend.He is survived by his wife, Beverly; sons Thomas and Jonathan; daughter Elizabeth; and sister, Lois Callister. A celebration of life will be held at Dio Deka on Jan. 30th at 12:00pm. Located in the Hotel Los Gatos 210 E. Main St. Los Gatos, CA 95030.
