Vila passed away at her home on Monday afternoon. Married to Richard in 1950 until his passing in 1979. She is survived by her faithful companion of over 30 years Larry Diaz, sister Elsie Morisch, children Janet Baker (Rick), Judy Graves (Danny), Bill Starnes (Rhonda), Sandy Oksen (Eric), and Ron Starnes (Laura). She has 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. She loved spending time with family especially her grandchildren. She had a generous heart and was eager to help any way she could. She worked at San Jose Hospital for many years. After retirement she volunteered at Scott Lane Elementary School. She loved traveling to Colorado and Oregon to visit family. She was the queen of “knick-knacks” and loved collecting them. She will be missed by all. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, January 30, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. with Visitation beginning at 12:00 p.m. at Lima Family Santa Clara Mortuary.
