To the family of Walter Cordell.  My sincerest condolences. Walter was a longtime friend - he was a regular patron at Prego rest. where I worked many years ago while pursuing acting in LA.  When I moved to SD we kept in touch by phone.  He always enjoyed bestowing his words of wisdom giving me encouragement and sharing his love about his Catholic faith.  His birthday is the same as my Dad's - I called him on June 8th (as I always have) only to find that his ph. # was no longer valid.  He always called or sent me a card in June for my birthday and when I didn't hear from him I "googled" his name and found out the sad news of his passing.  I hope his sister is ok and is in a caring retirement home.  Sending heartfelt wishes that he is at peace.  I know his soul is in heaven.  Very sincerely,  Jane Ulyshen
