Dearest Dolores, Susie, Debbie, Jimmy and family:  We are going to miss Bill's great presences and sense of humor - I was blessed with the opportunity to work at Detrixhe & Laughlin for many years and Bill has always been so kind and supportive to me - I will miss him - Kim.

Dear Detrixhe Family,
       I had the honor to work for Mr. Detrixhe many, many years ago, and at that time he encouraged me to consider going to law school.  I never went to law school, but my daughter did, and when I watched her be sworn in as a member of the California Bar in December of 2010, I thought back all those decades to when Mr. Detrixhe said there were no barriers to what women could accomplish.  I remember that he was so very proud of all of you and that when I knew him in the seventies, he spoke glowingly of each of you.

Dear Dolores and family-We always cherished our friendship as neighbors and friends when we lived in Santa Monica-We have great memories. Bill always stepped in and took care of our problems-We are so sorry for your loss and pray you will find peace without him-love you Rita Tomkiewicz Ryan (Lincoln Calif)
