My mother is Bettijo Legan. As my children and I live in Texas, we only were able to spend time with him on a few occasions and each one I will remember well. I enjoyed his sharing his military work with me, and for spending time with my son in the orchard. We are very sad at his passing. Please know his family in Texas will be thinking of him. God bless.
