Henrietta Flores Perez

Henrietta looked forward to family gatherings and enjoyed mariachi music, especially in person. Her and her husband Richard loved to dance. She also loved going to Las Vegas and Chumash. For special occasions she would design and have beautiful dresses made by her seamstress. In order to help her family financially she was only able to attend Santa Paula High School till the 11th grade. Family was always first.

Words cannot express the gratitude her family feels towards the staff at Coastal View Health Care Center. She was treated with respect, care and compassion. They would also like to thank Dr. Shrock’s Office (especially Yvonne) and Skillin-Carroll Mortuary. They would like to thank Yollie and Gail for helping to take care of her at home and at the Center.

Henrietta is survived by; daughter Barbara J Perez-Lopez (Tony); son Rich (Ann) Perez; and daughter-in-law Irma Perez; Great Granddaughter Sierra and Yvette, Grandsons Mark, Jason, Jordan; and Great Grandson Dominick.

Henrietta was preceded in death by her spouse Richard Perez; son Frank Perez (Swiss); mother Maclovia Flores and father Luz Flores; sisters Molly Solis, Tencha Fernandez, Alice (Licha) Sanchez and Helen Vasquez; brothers Eddie, Robert and Henry Flores.

A Mass for Henrietta will be held Friday, June 22, 2018 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, 427 N Oak St in Santa Paula. A Graveside will follow at Pierce Brothers Santa Paula Cemetery, 380 Cemetery Rd in Santa Paula.
