

Floria (Flo) Beale McCorquodale Chancey was born on February 11, 1941, in Salipta, AL. She passed peacefully on April 30, 2026, in Pensacola, FL at the age of 85 after a long battle with Alzheimer’s/Dementia.
She was pre-deceased by her parents Connie and Tommie Primm McCorquodale and all her siblings. She is survived by her only child, Suzette Chancey Honnoll and her Son-In-Law Harold Honnoll of Perdido Key, FL. She was affectionately known as Granny Pickle by her grandchildren Brian and Jennifer (Honnoll) Wilemon, Shane and Katie Honnoll and her great grandsons Miles and Ben Wilemon.
Flo retired from Bellsouth/AT&T after 30+ years with a long successful career including being an operator and then in marketing as an Account Manager.
A special thank you to the staff at Haven Memory Care in Gulf Shores, Homestead Village in Pensacola and Emerald Coast Hospice for their wonderful care and compassion. And to her special caregiver, Ms. Octavia Sutton. A special thank you for all the extra special care and love you provided including all the ice cream treats Flo could eat.
Pallbearers for the service will be Brian Wilemon, Ben Wilemon, Miles Wilemon, Stan Johnson, Spencer Johnson and Hayden Johnson. David Trott will act as Alternate.
Graveside services will be held at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Saraland, AL on Tuesday May 5, 2026, at 11:00am.
