Jack Herman Morris, age 83, passed away on December 16, 2024 at his home in Chickasaw, AL. Born March 21, 1941, he was a native of Shreveport, LA. Jack is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Peggy Jernigan Morris. He is also survived by his children, Paul(Angelia) Morris of Daphne, AL, Connie Dillard of Saraland, AL and Tommy(Tiffani) Morris of Citronelle, AL, Grandchildren, Dalton Dillard, Kennedy Green, Ashley Pasquill, Grace Dillard, T.J. Morris and Lana Morris and one great grandchild, Avery Dillard.He is preceded in death by his parents Henry and Sarah Morris and his son-in law Bart Dillard.Jack worked as a tile setter for over fifty years. He was also a machinist and a Mason who took great pride in his work. His family was the most important thing to him.A visitation will be held at Forest Lawn Funeral Home Friday, December 20, 2024 at 10:00 am for Family, 11:00 am for Friends. The service will be at 12:00pm with the burial to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
