James Daryl Helton – Age 62; was born in Texas and was a longtime resident of Mobile, Alabama died Friday, August 19, 2022 in a local hospital. James was a U. S. Marine Corp veteran. He was preceded in death by his father, Elijah Joseph Helton. He is survived by his mother, Carolyn Ann Long; one sister, Angela Presnall; one brother, Michael Helton; two nieces, one nephew, and other relatives.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday from the chapel of Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
