Jimmie Nell McIntyre

Jimmie Nell McIntyre, resident of Satsuma, Alabama, returned to her Heavenly Father on July 22, 2023 at the age of 72.She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Mr. Anthony McIntyre; children Tonja (Larry) Hagamaker and Bo (Tina) McIntyre; grandchildren Matthew Hagamaker, Kyle Hagamaker, Gabby McIntyre; bonus grandchildren Austin & Paige Warden; great grandchildren Gracie Hagamaker, Ryder Hagamaker, and Levi Hagamaker; siblings Bubba Goldman, Treasa Pilot, and Lisa Sharpe.Jimmie is preceded in death by her parents Jimmy Goldman & Martha Pickle and brother Lamar Pickle.In her career history, she worked for the Saraland Chamber of Commerce and fostered a hardworking, entrepreneurial spirit, establishing the business Mac’s Cleaning Service and later in life the Hog Pen Cycles. At the age of 42, Jimmie earned her degree in nursing and worked until retirement as a Registered Nurse.She had a special friendship and spiritual connection with her Course of Miracles study group, which she was a part of for more than ten years. It is also noted that she is affectionately remembered for having a love/hate relationship with her sister’s dog “Buddy.”Memorial services will be held Wednesday evening July 26, 2023 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home in Saraland, Alabama. Service begins at 5:00PM.
