

John Franklin Williams, at the young age of 57, departed this earthly realm to return to his Heavenly Father and enter Glory.Born December,17, 1965, he was a native of Chunchula, Alabama and a resident of Creola. Affectionately known as Frank, he is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Daphne Lynn Williams; children John Paul Williams (Hannah) of Saraland, Alabama and Jason Williams (Morgan) of Semmes, Alabama; precious grandchildren John Tyler Williams, Hadley Grace Williams, Hayden Elizabeth Williams, Camden Scott; mother Mary Frances Williams; siblings Wilson Bill Williams Jr., Tammy Albritton, Terry Williams; Eleven nieces and nephews; faithful companion and special dog Jake; very special brothers and sisters in-law, a loving Church family, a magnificent host of extremely close friends and wonderful neighbors.He is preceded in death by his father Wilson Bill Williams.Frank worked for over 30 years in the field of heavy equipment and crane operations, serving as a faithful employee and technician at Craneworks. He was an avid fisherman and loved tournament fishing with his boys. He is remembered as a man with a heart of gold, who never met a stranger, and would do anything to help someone out. A child of God, he was dedicated to sharing God’s love through giving, and inviting others to church.He adored fishing with his grandchildren and watching them play ball. They were the four joys of his life.Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at Destination Church in Saraland, Alabama. The family will receive visitors at 10:00 AM. Service begins at 12:00 PM. Interment to immediately follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
