Margaret Lewis Carmichael

Margaret Lewis Carmichael, widower of Randle Carmichael (Captain Mike) of Mobile Fire Department, resident of Mobile, AL died Saturday, April 9, 2016 at her home at the age of 94. Mrs. Carmichael was a member of the Turnerville Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, daughter, mother, sister, grandmother, great grandmother who will be missed by family and many friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Ephriam and Mary Lewis. She is survived by her six children, Randy Carmichael (Deceased), Marilyn Moses, David, Sharon, Thomas and William Carmichael; twelve grandchildren, Dennis Brown, Randy Brown, Michelle Hollinghead, David Carmichael Jr., Larry Carmichael, Chrissy Carmichael, Jeffery Carmichael, Michael Carmichael , Justin Carmichael, Billy Carmichael (Deceased), Jason Carmichael (Deceased) and Dennis Wills; twenty two great-great grandchildren, other family members and friends. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 13, 2016 from 5:00 until 7:00 pm at Forest Lawn Funeral Home with the funeral service on Thursday, April 14, 2016 at 11:00 am at Turnerville Baptist Church. Her resting place will be in Turnerville Baptist Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to Forest Lawn Funeral Home to help families in need of paying for funeral expenses.
