

Michael Wayne Brown,age 75, of Satsuma, Alabama, passed away on July 9, 2026. Michael was a devoted family man, a loyal friend, and a hardworking individual whose kindness and compassion touched the lives of many.
Michael dedicated more than 30 years to the DuPont Chemical Plant, where he worked as a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler. Throughout his years there, he earned the respect of his coworkers and built many lifelong friendships. He was known for his strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to help others.
Michael was preceded in death by his beloved son, Dennis Brown; his father, Cecil “Max” Brown; and his mother, Lois Brown.
He is survived by his loving grandchildren, Jayce Etheredge, Shaina Daw, and Victoria Denise Brown; and his cherished great-grandchildren, Ala Etheredge, Jay Harris, Jenna Daw, and Harper Gray; cherished companion Penny Vise. He also leaves behind many other family members and friends who will deeply miss his presence, wisdom, and unwavering love.
Michael enjoyed cheering on Alabama football, riding his Harley-Davidson, hunting, fishing, dancing, and spending time outdoors. He found joy in life’s simple pleasures and especially loved making memories with family and friends.
Above all, Michael’s greatest love was his family. He treasured every moment spent with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who brought him endless pride and joy. His love, guidance, and example will continue to live on through them.
Michael Wayne Brown will be remembered for his hardworking spirit, his generous heart, his love for family, and the countless lives he touched throughout his 75 years. Though he is no longer with us, his memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
