Earlean was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Butler; her son, Jerry Bernal, Jr. (Dana Mcelhenney) and her parents, Bash Barnes Coleman and Mary Caroline Beck Coleman. She is survived by her sister, Ethel Maples (E.L.); her grandchildren, ryan Bernal (Jessica), Kaitlin Bernal, and Karinne Bernal; her great-grandchildren, Emma and Noah Summerlin, Clayton, Cooper, and Jerri-Rae Chestang, Charlotte and Heath Bernal; her nieces, Linda Brunson (Don) and Diana Jackson (Tommy).
The family will receive friends from 2:30 P.M. until 3:00 P.M. on Monday, October 26, 2026 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 3:00 P.M. on Monday in the chapel of Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
