Patricia Ann Alford

Patricia Ann Foster Alford at the age of 74 years, departed this earthly realm to return to her Heavenly Father and enter Glory on August 3, 2023.Born March 6, 1949 Patricia was a native of Chickasaw, Alabama and resident of Saraland, Alabama. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Mr. Daniel Dewey Alford Sr; children Daniel Dewey Alford Jr. and Donald Lee Alford; granddaughter Laiken Danielle Alford Munguia, grandson Daniel Dewey Alford III, devoted grandson Levis Munguia; great granddaughter Laila Danielle Umanzor; great grandsons Jacob Alexander Munguia and Aiden Ernaldo Munguia; sisters Deborah Jones and Carol Buckalew; and devoted daughter in law Wendy Brewer.She is preceded in death by her grandmother Ethel Jackson; father Lee Bryant Foster and mother Loudell Jackson; brother Paul Foster.Patricia was a graduate of Vigor High School and had a long and impressive career working as a home interior design representative, and employee of DH Holmes, a dog groomer, and an agent of State Farm, from which she retired. She also enjoyed crafting and sewing. She is remembered as a happy woman, always smiling. Above any kind of momentary endeavor, she loved her family. She loved her husband of 55 years, her sons Danny and Donny, her grandchildren and the many extended family members and friends that will continue to cherish her memory. She will be greatly missed.Funeral services will be held Monday, August 7, 2023 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home in Saraland. The family will receive visitors at 10:00 AM. Chapel service begins at 11:00 AM. Interment to immediately follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
