Patricia June (Davis) Herring

Patricia June (Davis) Herring, 82, of Chickasaw, Alabama passed away April 22, 2018. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Donna Kaye Herring; son, Richard Harold Herring, Jr; father of her children, Richard Harold Herring; three sisters; one brother; and parents, Strother and Dollie Davis. Survivors include her children, Becky Turner (Dwight), Scott Herring, and Toni McLarty; grandchildren, Clint Turner, David Turner, Richard McLarty, Patrick McLarty, Leah Guzman (Pio), Nick Herring, and Jake Herring; great grandchildren, Justice, Caleb, Sam, and Waylon Turner; sister, Shirley Gardner; and cousin whom was like a sister, Carolyn Mullins. Patricia, the flip flop queen, was a fun grandma and a wonderful mother whom was loved by many and welcomed everyone into her home. She was an avid Nintendo player who was stuck in the 1970’s and loved the Commodores. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 9700 Celeste Road, Saraland, Alabama with burial to follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. A visitation will be held Wednesday, April 25, 2018 from noon until the service at 2:00 PM.
