Patricia J. Johnson

Patricia—known as “Pat” to those closest to her—was the second born daughter of Walter and Helen Jastrzebski on November 14, 1952 in Johnstown Pennsylvania.

Pat was the widow of Dennis Michael Johnson, whom she married on June 29, 1982, and had four children—Margaret (married to Daniel), Raymond (married to Meghan), Lance (married to Ginna), and Cortney (married to Jeffrey)—children she cherished special relationships with throughout her life. She also enjoyed close relationships with her eleven grandchildren—Mattilynn (16), Abigail (14), Charlotte (13), Zoey (13), Christian (12), Emily (11), Rafe (9), Michael (8), Collin (8), Eleanor (6), and Rowan (4).

Pat was also a proud retired United States Postal Carrier, avid cultivator of her lawn, and Judge Judy enthusiast.

Most importantly, however, Pat had a relationship with Jesus Christ, whom she came to know as her Savior and Lord, bringing her forgiveness of her sins and the promise of eternal life. Through the blood of Jesus, she also gained a church in the fellow members of Christ Fellowship Baptist Church, the local church she was baptized into the membership of in 2011 before her health deteriorated.

Though her family will miss her dearly, they celebrate the end of her earthly pain and the beginning of her eternal heavenly joy.

Relatives and friends are invited to her funeral from 11 AM – 12 PM on Saturday, August 16, 2025, at First Presbyterian Church of Citronelle — 7840 State Street Citronelle, AL 36522

Internment will be at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens — 10000 Celeste Road Saraland, AL 36571.

Lunch will be provided at First Presbyterian Church for family and invited guests.
