Armand was born in Rochester on October 4, 1954 and was a life-long resident of the area until his retirement and recent relocation to Florida.
Throughout his professional career as an educator within the Rochester City School District, he was admired and respected by colleagues and students for his ardent dedication to teaching.
He possessed an exceptional knowledge and appreciation of art history, interior design and landscape gardening. As an avid collector of exquisite antiques, furniture and fine art, he curated meticulous environments and immersed himself in homes and gardens of inevitable beauty during his lifetime.
Preceded in death by his parents, Charles and May Alesi, Armand is survived by his partner, Mike Laufer of Bradenton, FL; his sister, Elizabeth (Ralph) Hill of Webster, NY; nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends including best friend, Joseph Miceli of Philadelphia, PA.
