Marilyn and I express our deepest condolences to all the family members, but especially to the children and Kim. Nick's death is the end of an era for me, since we started our friendship in medical school, and shared many other great memories, including a 5 day rafting trip down the Green River to the Colorado River ~1984, when my son was 12 years old (all organized by Nick, of course).  Nick lived a life of significance, with actions that reflected his goodwill to all people. We share our deepest sympathies at the loss of Nick, and will be thinking of him and the family, as we move forward. Regards, Mike Knowles
