Soulmate and beloved husband of Gail (nee Schoultz) Lagace, stepfather and mentor to Lance D. Thomas (Alyssa). Daniel was an amazing man who enjoyed life and lived to the fullest as a true “foodie” and adventurous traveler.
Over his life he reinvented himself many times. From a journeyman machinist as a young man, a professional bass player, Product Development Manager for the European market of a large computer company to finally spending the last 25+ years of his life as the successful owner of his own machinery and equipment appraisal company.
But the true love of Daniel’s life was fly fishing and teaching anglers, old and young, how to cast with either hand. Daniel was deeply loved by everyone who knew him and will be missed forever.
