I feel truly blessed to have had such a warm and wonderful mother-in-law; or as I always called her "my favorite mother-in-law".   

It's hard to believe that I was just a high school student dating Rich back in 1970 when I first met her.  Of course back then she was "Mrs. Saluga" (never Dolores).  She was always gracious and kind to me; and when Rich and I married in 1975 she welcomed me into her family with open arms, lots of laughter and much love.  It was also around that time that we dispensed with formality and she simply became "Mom".

She will be missed for sure, but always remembered with affection, appreciation and so much love.  I'm thankful for all of the beautiful memories of the life and love she shared with me and Rich.

Dear Carol, Vinny, Drew, Scott, Cheryl, Colin and other family members, We are so sorry for your loss. We wish you many conversations of wonderful memories. Helen, Tim, Carrie, & Jesse Welch
