James B. Dow, 90, of Sarasota passed away June 3, 2016. James was born in Brooklyn, NY on March 14, 1926. He was a Hall School Student and then a Colgate College student. He left Colgate College to join PAC. James was a very kind and honorable man. James is survived by his wife of 63 years, Sheila, his four children; Wendy, James, Jeffery and Bradford and grandchild Everett. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully asked that donations be sent to the American Cancer Society. A Committal Service with Military Honors will be held at a later date.
