Leroy F. Willoughby, 91, of Sarasota, FL, formerly of South Bend, IN, died on Nov. 19. 2015. He retired from American Electric Power and Lockheed Martin. He was a member of Bahia Vista Mennonite church. Survivors include his wife of 67 years, Betty; daughters, Sue Dunlow and Sharon Willoughby. Services will be private.
