Nancy Jo Dangler

Nancy Jo Bearer, 64 of Sarasota, FL died on December 8, 2017. Nancy Jo was known for her bright personality, beautiful smile and her love for everyone that always shined through every day. Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, Devon Sr. and Betty Ann Bearer (Lacorchick) and by her brother Devon Jr. Nancy left behind her daughters Jessica Garland (Edgar), Jimalee Willis, Elizabeth Dangler and Sarah West (Carlos West, Jr.), her brothers Rick (Maria Ellana) and Terry (Rhonda); grandchildren Jarred Garland, Donnie III, Savannah Willis, Carlos III and Aliyah West. Nancy also leaves behind her boyfriend John Fite and best friend Brenda Garcia. Nancy had many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends she loved dearly. Nancy attended high school in Adrian, Michigan and graduated in the Class of 1971. She worked for Gulf Coast Fire and Safety for 16 years and loved her work family as she loved everyone. “Love you to the moon and back”. Visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M. Friday, Dec. 15 at Wiegand Brothers Funeral Home. Funeral and interment will follow at 11:30 A.M. at Palms Memorial Park, Sarasota, FL. Repast will be directly after at 4640 Salma St., Sarasota, FL for a celebration of Nancy’s life and homecoming. Any gift that you would like to be given to the family, can be brought to any of these locations on Friday, Dec. 15th.
